The call centre handles all queries either through phone calls, emails and social media.Huduma Payment Gateway Unified and integrated multi-channel payment gateway to facilitate payment for government services through debit cards, m-pesa, paypal etc.THE HUDUMA KENYA PROGRAMMEHuduma Kenya is a Programme by the Government of Kenya that is transforming Public Service Delivery by providing Efficient Government Services at the Convenience of the citizens.MANDATEThe Huduma Kenya Programme is a Government of Kenya, Vision 2030 Flagship Project. The initiative was launched by H.E the President Uhuru Kenyatta, on 7th November, 2013 and this coincided with the launch of the first Huduma Centre in Kenya at GPO Nairobi In the roll out of the Programme the Government aimed at transforming the Public Service towards a People centered, Professional, Efficient, Transparent and Accountable service that meets Global Standards and Best PracticesThe Ministry of Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs is swiftly coordinating the implementation of the Progrmmewith all other ministries.
